SAMSUNG CAPACITOR PROBLEM
Ok, first of all I raise the issue with Samsung LCD / Plasma and bad capacitors on power. Many people have problems with their TV directly related to the blown capacitors due to poor design of food, sitting next to the heat sink. Typically these capacitors not between 11-18 months (depending on usage).
The most common symptoms of blown capacitors are:
1. Long time TV start. Usually preceded by clicks Audible (several attempts by the relay to the TV to begin with)
2. Photo of problems. Hazy images, lines or no picture.
3. TV does not start at all.
